Tallow's fatty acid profile is close to the oils your own skin makes, so it goes on thin and soaks in instead of sitting on top. It naturally carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.   • How to use: apply to fingertips and gently massage into skin. It absorbs fully after a few minutes. Safe for all ages and skin types.
  • A note on citrus: this one is made with orange and bergamot peel oils. If you are putting it on your face before a long day outdoors, follow it with sunscreen.
  • Storage: tallow melts at 85 degrees F. Keep the jar somewhere cool and dark. If the oils separate in transit, stir them back together and refrigerate the jar to firm it up. The cream is unaffected.
